The Pour House Story

The Pour House has been a Fort Worth institution and local favorite for over a decade. In 1995, owner Eric Tschetter opened The Pour House in downtown Fort Worth where it stayed for over 13 years. After a farewell to downtown on New Years Eve 2008, The Pour House officially left for its new location on West 7th Street where it opened in the fall of 2009.

The Pour House offers an exciting nightlife with live music, karaoke, DJ’s and special events like Cowtown Idol, The Pour House is Right, DJ Spinoff Competitions, our legendary Fat Tuesday party and more! It is also a great place to watch any and every sporting event on one of our many TV’s. In addition to our nightlife, The Pour House’s own Chef Alfonso has created an award-winning menu for lunch, dinner, late night meals and a fantastic Sunday “hangover” brunch.

The Pour House is extremely proud to be in its new home on West 7th in the middle of the cultural district, Montgomery Plaza, Museum Place, So7 and the countless other welcoming neighbors in the area.
